This 18th Century house, in the heart of the Ribble Valley, presents character and charm, boasting 4 bedrooms over three floors: 1 x double with basin, 1 x double, 1 x 2nd floor twin, 1 x 2nd floor family room with 3 single beds and 1 child's single. Bathroom with basin, bath & WC. Ground floor shower room with shower, basin & WC. It has a warm sitting room (seats 8) with open fire, a separate dining room with open fire, a large kitchen with dining area (seats 8) and a gorgeous garden. The area is perfect for walking and cycling with beautiful footpaths from the doorstep, whilst the Forest of Bowland, the centre of Chipping and Clitheroe Castle and Museum are all within reach. With good road links to the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales, this fabulous holiday home is perfect to get away from it all. Amenities: Oil central heating, open fires in sitting & dining rooms. Electric oven & hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, colour TV, video, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi connection available. Library of books/games/videos/DVDs.
