A delightful semi-detached barn conversion, located on the owners's farm near the village of Winster, 6 miles from Matlock. Cleverly converted, the cottage mixes the traditional with the modern, with old cruck beams, gorgeous views of rolling countryside and a large patio area, perfect for dining al fresco and appreciating the setting sun. There are three bedrooms: 1 x kingsize double, 1 x double, 1 x ground floor family room with 1 x twin and 1 x pullout stacker bed with en-suite (shower, basin and WC). It also has a bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and WC. The living area is open planned with a fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge area. Perfect for family and friends, this beautiful retreat offers an excellent base for touring and exploring the Peak District National Park and paying a visit to nearby Haddon Hall and Alton Towers. Amenities: Full oil fired central heating throughout. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, shared use of washing machine & tumble dryer in external utility room, dishwasher, colour TV, DVD, radio/CD player etc. Small library of books/games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Lockable bike storage. Enclosed garden with patio area, garden furniture and BBQ.
