A charming stone built barn conversion, situated in a wonderful position in the upper Manifold Valley, within the Peak District National Park, 8 miles from Buxton. Initially part of the old farm dairy, this wonderful accommodation seamlessly mixes many original features with modernised comforts to offer a first class retreat, providing three great bedrooms: 1 x first floor double, 1 x first floor adult bunks, 1 x ground floor double with four poster bed, a bathroom with basin, separate shower and WC, and a ground floor bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and WC. There is a large kitchen with dining area, a utility room and a lounge with electric wood burning effect stove and French doors leading to patio where truly astounding views can be enjoyed, perfect for those long summer evenings. An incredible base with something for everyone. Amenities: Full oil central heating with additional heating from electric woodburning effect stove in sitting room. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, colour TV, DVD, radio/cassette/CD player etc. Small library of books/games/DVDs. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned garden with patio with garden furniture and BBQ. Up to two well-behaved pets welcome at charge of 15 per pet per week. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles
