A stone built, single storey cottage next to the owners' farmhouse in the small rural hamlet of Ollerbrook. The owners' working hill farm is accessed by a farm lane and is located just 10 minutes walk from the village of Edale. The property is comfortably furnished with 1 x bedroom with double bed, and a three piece bathroom with shower over bath. The cottage has a comfy living room with well equipped kitchen,a dining area and lounge area with electric wood burner effect stove, with patio doors to the garden. The cottage enjoys a southerly aspect with excellent, unspoilt views of the surrounding hills and valley. Amenities: Thermostatically controlled heaters in all rooms, electric woodburner effect stove in sitting area, heated towel rail in bathroom. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, colour TV with basic satellite, DVD, CD/radio. Use of washing machine and freezer space in owners farmhouse. Electricity charged at cost from meter reading (first 10 inc. in rent from 30th Oct to 11th April, thereafter charged at cost, 5 inc. for short break). Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Garden with garden furniture. Ample off road parking. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Railway station 1 mile
