This is a beautiful terraced cottage, situated in the old part of Baslow, a few yards from the entrance to the fantastic Chatsworth Estate. The cottage dates back to 1750, and is a first class property that has been lovingly renovated to retain many original features. The accommodation is set out over three floors offering immense warmth and character. There are three lovely bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x 2nd floor double, 1 x 2nd floor twin. Bathroom with bath, separate power shower, WC and basin. Fitted well-equipped kitchen with utility room, dining area and stable door to rear garden. Cosy sitting room with tiled floor and open fire. The cottage seamlessly combines olde-worlde charm with modern conveniences. From the doorstep you can enjoy superb walks, whilst the village provides a selection of lovely pubs, a Michelin star restaurant and stunning countryside. Visit Bakewell nearby, with its regular farmers' markets or explore Chatsworth House. Amenities: Full gas central heating with additional heating from open fire in sitting room.
