A truly wonderful, stone-built, Grade II listed chapel conversion, located on the Main Street, in the attractive village of Ebberston. This former Sunday school has been lovingly renovated to combine character features with modern amenities offering open plan living with exposed timbers, pitched ceilings and limestone floors. There are three bedrooms: 1 x double with ensuite (shower, WC and basin), 1 x twin, 1 x adult bunk. Bathroom with bath with shower over, twin basins and WC. Ground floor basin and WC. Open plan living area with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner. A superb garden, ideal for dining alfresco. This lovely property provides an ideal retreat for family and friends alike! About the Area: Pickering 6 miles; Scarborough 9 miles. The fantastic village of Ebberston rests on the edge of the Forge Valley, which is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, only 6 miles from Pickering. The village boasts a main street lined with attractive stone cottages and two superb inns. The tranquil sound of running water can be heard from the stream flowing through the village down to the Derwent River at Yedingham nearby, while the surrounding area offers a wide range of activities, such as a horse riding centre, a children's playground, 9 hole golf course and quad biking for the more adventurous! Dalby Forest and Scampston Walled Garden both provide lovely walking and cycling opportunities, whilst the superb market town of Pickering nearby offers charming shopping streets, a historic castle and access to the well knows North York Moors Steam Railway.
