Situated on a working farm, on the outskirts of the market town of Ross-on-Wye, lies the magnificent. With seventy acres of pastureland and forest surrounding the property, you don???t have to go far to discover a wonderful walking opportunity. Able to sleep a total of eleven people in a quirky set up of rooms, this cottage is best suited to families, or a group of very close friends.
This wonderful period property offers spacious accommodation and has been modernised with a wonderful shaker-style kitchen with stone floor, two sitting rooms - one with exposed beams and wood burning stove ??? and a lovely dining room with access to the stunning mature garden.
Oil fired central heating, woodburner in sitting room. Electric oven & hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, colour TV, DVD, radio/CD. Small library of books/games/DVDs. All fuel & power inc. in rent. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Shared (with property next door) mature garden (not enclosed) with furniture & BBQ. Off road parking for 4 cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (dogs to be kept on leads when outside as it is a working farm). Sorry no smoking. Shop & pub 2 miles. Note: This property is situated on a working cattle farm.
