This impressive Grade II listed holiday cottage is set in the hamlet of Eggleston, four miles from Barnard Castle. Located high on a hillside overlooking the Tees Valley, this cottage boasts a spot within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, long known as the 'Secret Dale'. Full of character and boasting many period features including stone floors, original fireplaces and beams, this home from home offers a welcoming old-world atmosphere throughout. With a wood-burning stove in the cosy dining room, a first floor sitting room with open fire, a master bedroom with four poster bed, en-suite facilities throughout and a spacious kitchen with Aga, this cottage is a wonderful place for a large family or a group of friends.
This Grade II listed, three bedroom property close to Barnard Castle offers spacious and comfortable accommodation, capable of sleeping up to nine people.
