This is one of two delightful barn conversions set on the owners' working sheep farm, in the little, rural hamlet of Ollerbrook, just 10 minutes walk from the superb village of Edale. It is a wonderful, stone-built, semi-detached skilfully converted by local craftsmen and offers comfortable, well-equipped accommodation with many original features. There are three bedrooms: 1 x twin (zip & link beds - can be made into double on request) with ensuite (shower, WC and basin), 1 x ground floor Kingsize double with ensuite (shower, WC and basin), 1 x ground floor twin (zip & link beds - can be made into double on request) with ensuite (shower, WC and basin). 1st floor open plan living area with fitted kitchen, dining area & sitting area. The surrounding area offers superb walking and cycling with an abundance of wildlife. This is a perfect base, any time of year! Amenities: Oil fired central heating throughout. Electric oven & hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, colour TV with basic Satellite, DVD, CD/radio. Library of books/games/DVDs. All fuel & power inc. in rent. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Cot & highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Secure storage for bikes/walking equipment. Patio with garden furniture & BBQ. Shared grassed paddock.
