A charming barn conversion adjoining the owner's home in the tiny hamlet of Lupton, only 4 miles from Kirkby Lonsdale.Located on a quiet lane, this roomy accommodation boasts a well-equipped kitchen, two beautiful sitting rooms, one with woodburning stove. Three bedrooms: 1 x double with pull out stacker bed, 1 x twin, 1 x family room with 1 kingsize double, 1 single & ensuite (bath, basin & WC). Shower room with separate shower, basin & WC. A ground floor shower room with shower, basin & WC. Kitchen with dining area (seats 8). Large sitting room (seats 8) with dining facilities for 4 & wood burning stove. A small sitting room (seats 3) with double sofa bed. It has a charming garden with views of the limestone paving on nearby Farleton Knott. There are excellent walking and cycling opportunities from the doorstep and an abundance of touring opportunities available in every direction make this a wonderful location for family and friends alike! Amenities: Oil central heating throughout with additional solar heating for hot water and woodburning stove in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, colour TV, DVD, CD player/radio etc. Library of books/games. Fuel, power and a starter pack of fuel for the woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 4 cars. Enclosed rear garden with patio area, garden furniture and BBQ. Up to two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 4 miles, pub 4 miles.
