This property is one of two outstanding stone-built, detached barn conversions. Located in the Lune Valley, in-between the Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District, set in the owners' grounds, in a peaceful location on the outskirt of the village of Hutton Roof. Offering first class accommodation, there are two bedrooms: 1 x ground floor double with ensuite (separate shower, WC and basin), 1 x ground floor twin with ensuite (bath with shower over, WC and basin). First floor open plan living area with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area with Juliet balconies offering beautiful views over the surrounding countryside and a lovely garden perfect for al fresco dining. This is an ideal base for those wanting to discover and explore the many delights of this beautiful area. Hutton Roof with its various annual fairs and activities is within easy reach, whilst nearby is Hutton Roof Crags Nature Reserve providing some of the best examples of limestone paving in Britain. Amenities: Oil fired underfloor central heating on ground floor with radiators on first floor. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, colour TV, DVD player, radio/CD player etc. Small library of games/DVDs. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Off road parking for two cars. Lockable storage available for bikes/walking equipment.
