As one of four semi-detached properties in this nineteenth century barn conversion, Wain house offers an unusual 'Upside Down' layout, providing the living room with incredible views of the surrounding countryside. Able to sleep a total of six people in one double room, one twin room, and one single room with adult bunks, this wonderful example of a period property provides great accommodation for a group of friends, or a larger family. This is a great base for anyone who wants to explore all that scenic Shropshire has to offer.
With period features such as exposed beams, oak trusses and wall timbers, and an attractive garden, this home-from-home provides old-world charm and modern practicality in equal measure.
Full oil central heating throughout. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, flat screen colour TV, DVD, CD player. All fuel & power inc. in rent. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Free, on site carp, bream & rudd fishing. Cot, highchair & stairgate on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Lockable bike storage at owners’ house (2 mins walk). Lawned garden with patio, furniture & BBQ. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 1.5 miles. Note: On-site fishing pond is fenced but please ensure children are supervised at all times. Note: There are 12 external steps from ground level up to front door.
