A nice, self-contained wing of a beautiful, period property, occupying a fantastic, elevated position in the charming town of Grange-over-Sands. This large and welcoming holiday home has an elegant lounge with a panoramic bay window framing amazing views of the surrounding countryside and the colourful and ever changing bay below. On the ground floor it has: Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin. Roomy bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and WC. Additional WC (no basin). Fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room and Utility room and a sitting room with flame effect gas fire. Chill out and unwind in the charming grounds or spend a interesting day exploring the promenade and ornate gardens in the elegant resort of Grange-over-Sands. Perfectly located for enjoying various local attractions such as the steam trains at the Furness Railway, Holker Hall and Gardens, the Cross Bay Walk and the Lakeland Motor Museum, this is an outstanding holiday base at any time of the year. Amenities: Full gas central heating throughout with additional heating from flame effect gas fire in sitting room. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, colour TV with Freeview, video, DVD, CD player/radio etc. Library of books/games. Table football available. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Split level mature garden with patio and garden furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 10 mins walk. Note: The garden is split level with 3 sets of steps comprised of approx 3-4 steps each, and a fairly steep path. Please ensure young children are supervised
