This is a superb conversion of a Victorian powerhouse, just 800 yards from the lovely sandy beach in the village of Skinningrove. The property has been carefully refurbished and offers superb, light & airy accommodation. There are four bedrooms: 1 x king-size four poster with en-suite with bath (shower over), WC and basin, 1 x family room with king-size double and two singles (on mezzanine), 1 x king-size (can be made up as twin) with en-suite with bath (shower over) WC & basin, 1 x king-size (can be made up as twin). Bathroom with roll-top bath, separate shower cubicle, bidet, WC & basin. Well-equipped modern kitchen with dining area. Sitting area with feature cast-iron fireplace. A magnificent entrance hall with central ash staircase, leading to a galleried landing with leaded glass dome. This accommodation is ideal for family & friends and is a great base for exploring Whitby, the coast or the North York Moors. About the Area: Saltburn 6 miles; Whitby 15 miles. Skinningrove is a former fishing village resting on the Cleveland Way. It provides visitors a collection of quaint cottages, a variety of shops and a pub, not forgetting a lovely sandy beach. Perfectly placed for exploring attractions like the Abbey and harbour at Whitby, Staithes, beautiful Runswick Bay and the rest of the coast, and the dramatic scenery of the North York Moors National Park.
