A delightful ground floor apartment, only a few minutes walk from the centre of the quaint village of Bowness-on-Windermere. This good-looking, modern apartment offers quality accommodation, an open plan living area with well equipped fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire. An archway leads to a pretty double bedroom with ensuite (shower, basin & WC). Patio doors at the front of the property lead to a small gravelled garden with furniture, perfect for sitting out and soaking up the late evening sunshine. A small stroll from the cottage leads to the Windermere Marina Village and lakeside, where passengers and cars are ferried across Windermere to explore Hawkshead and the lovely Grizedale Forest Park. With Coniston Water, Kendal and Keswick within easy reach, this is a perfect location, great for a romantic break in one of Britain's premier resorts. Amenities: Electric fire in sitting area and additional heating from electric oil filled radiator. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, colour satellite TV, DVD, CD player/radio etc. All power inc. in rent. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Small gravelled garden with furniture. 1 well behaved pet welcome. Sorry no smoking. Shops, pubs, lake & all town amenities 5 mins walk.
