This is a delightful wing of the owner's 19th Century farmhouse in the centre of the small village of Combs, just 8 miles from Buxton. This lovely property is set on a working farm, and is bright and sunny with many original features that add to its character. There are two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin. Bathroom with shower, WC and basin. Well-equipped fitted kitchen with dining area. Delightful sitting room with an inviting open fire for the winter months. Separate utility area for storage. This is a perfect setting, with views across the rolling hillside, a pretty garden and an early morning wake up call from the resident cockerel. This cottage is a real rural delight! A great location for exploring the magnificent National Park, walking or just relaxing and enjoying the sights and sounds of this beautiful area. Amenities: Electric heating from storage heaters throughout and additional heating from electric fire (summer) or open fire (winter months). Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, 3 x colour TVs, DVD, radio, CD player etc. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Shared garden with garden furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pub 2 minutes walk, shop 2 miles
