2 bedroom 2 bathroom house with a stunning south facing terrace

This attractive town house is situated 10 min walk from Estepona Port, on the side of a hill with wonderful views

to Gibraltar and North Africa.

Accommodation on 2 floors with an elegant sitting room extending onto a huge south facing terrace which is bathed in sunshine all day. Upstairs are 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and terraces with views to the sea. The house is in beautiful grounds full of shrubs and flowers and there is a communal swimming pool. Beaches are 5 min walk away.

Ground floor:

Sitting room: a huge bright room with marble floors. Separate dining area. Large sliding doors with electric blind

giving onto:

Terrace: table for outside eating and BBQs.

Kitchen: fully equipped, dishwasher,washing machine.

Toilet.

1st floor:

2 double bedrooms (1 twin) with walk-in wardrobes. En-suite bathrooms. Patio doors to a terrace with views to

the sea, Gibraltar and North Africa.

'We had a great week in Estepona staying in this apartment, it was clean and spacious and very well equipped with a wonderful terrace. We would recommend hiring a car as the port and town is a bit further than walking distance. We found no basic larder of sugar, salt, cooking oil etc which was disappointing as every new guest will have to buy, this would have been really helpful as its self catering but plenty of shops nearby and one just over the road so overall we could not fault the price for the holiday we had.'

My husband and I rented this house for 4 weeks - mid July to mid August. The owner was very helpful and informative prior to our visit, corresponding with us through emails and telephone calls. The housekeeper was waiting to welcome us at the property on our arrival to hand over keys and show us around. The house is very well equipped and spacious - walk in wardrobes in both bedrooms and both en-suite, a small shared balcony off both bedrooms allows views over to Gibraltar. The lounge and dining room and lovely and bright with patio doors leading out onto a large south facing terrace (sunshine all day !). The terrace was perfect with 2 sun loungers, dining table and 4 chairs and large sun parasol. 1 minute walk to the swimming pool and 5 minute walk across the road to one of the beaches - a further 5 minute walk is the nicer beach but much busier. We did find that a car is essential if you want to discover the surrounding areas. A further note for beach / sea lovers - the sea is very cold and only the very brave would venture into it - we didn't ! !
All in all we had a very enjoyable, pleasant and relaxing stay at the house !

We arrived at Gibraltar which is only a short drive and had a wonderful stay enjoying breakfasts on the huge terrace and dining out in the town. The beach is within a few minutes walk and the main beach and town centre were a short hop on the bus from across the street. A very comfortable home with a fully equipped kitchen which was great for the evenings we self-catered. Estepona is a lovely beach town yet has access to the pretty Spanish villages and stynnung scener nearby. Highly recommended.

The townhouse is in a very good location within easy walking distance to the beach and Marina, where there is a good selection of restaurants and bars. The old town centre of Estepona is less than 5 minutes drive and if you want to go further afield, to Gibraltar, Marbella or Rhonda, access to the motorway is only a few hundred metres away. Nice pool area. The house was clean and we liked the small storage areas off the bedrooms to keep all your clothes and belongings out of the way, as well as the en-suites. The private sun terraces were great, particularly the large one off the lounge/dining area. Ideal for a family break.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with an enormous south-facing patio that offer sea-views. The location is quiet but handy for the local beaches, shops, and excursions along the coast and inland. Fully equipped, and with a private parking slot near the door. Attentive and friendly caretaker met us on arrival and departure. We enjoyed our visit in the spring weather - highly recommended.
