An excellent, stone barn conversion, located on the edge of the village of Soulby. This single storey, eco friendly property is tastefully decorated & boasts geothermal under floor heating & original beams. Theres a large fitted kitchen/diner, and sitting room with gas flame-effect stove. Shared games room with table tennis. All ground floor: There are three bedrooms: 1 x family room with twin beds (zip & link - can be made into double on request) & single bed with pull out stacker bed, 1 x double with ensuite (shower cubicle, basin & WC), 1 x twin (zip & link - can be made into double on request). There is a bathroom with disabled access, bath, separate walk-in shower cubicle, basin & WC. Bordered by open countryside, the property has stunning views & fantstic walking & cycling along the river. Close by is the market town of Kirkby Stephen which offers shops, restaurants & pubs, while the Settle to Carlisle railway line, the Howgill Fells & the Pendragon Castle are all within reach. Amenities: Geothermal underfloor heating, gas flame-effect stove. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, colour TV with freeview, DVD, CD/radio. Library of books/games. All fuel & power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Cot & highchair on request. Off road parking for 5 cars. Patio & courtyard with furniture & BBQ. 2 dogs welcome. Horses welcome by arrangement with owners. Sorry, no smoking. Shop & pub 2.5 miles. Note: Water provided from local borehole
