A truly superb property! This charming cottage is nestled in a peaceful position in the traditional south Lakeland village of Lindale, just 3 miles from Grange-over-Sands. It has been extended in recent years, and seamlessly combines original features and little 'nooks and crannies' with modern comforts, to offer comfortable, bright and airy accommodation. There are two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin. First floor bathroom with bath, shower over bath, WC and basin. Ground floor shower-room with shower, WC and basin. Large kitchen/diner with fully fitted and well-equipped kitchen and cosy dining area. Spacious sitting room with open fire and feature window. Outside there is a beautiful garden and patio, perfect for warm summer evenings. It's a great location too with the coast nearby and Lake Windermere just a short drive away. With beautiful views and superb walks right from the doorstep this is truly an idyllic retreat to be enjoyed throughout the year! Amenities: Gas central heating with additional heating from open fire in sitting room. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV/DVD/CD player, radio, library of books and games. Fuel, power and starter pack for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Off road parking for one car with additional on street parking adjacent to the property. Enclosed mature garden with patio, garden furniture and gas BBQ. Sorry no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 3 mins walk
