Absolutely perfect!!

I recently stayed at this property during a family trip to Florida and Disney World. Everything about this house and the location was absolutely perfect for our trip! We had 4 adults and 2 children and had plenty of room for everyone. The house was beautiful and very well kept. There were even towel swans on the bed - just like a fancy hotel! My kids (4 years old) were in love with the pool, which was heated and very nice to relax in after a long day at the parks. You could not ask for an easier drive to the Disney parks. We went three days in a row and I don't think it took us any longer than 15 minutes from leaving the house to parking our car at the parks!
I would without a doubt recommend this house for a family vacation. Scott was amazingly easy to deal with and very responsive - often answering my (many) email questions within hours. We will not hesitate to stay in this property again for future trips to Orlando.

Love this home!

This is our 3rd stay at this house and again it was wonderful, the boys were so excited going back to this house, we were very pleased with all the new floorings throughout, new couch set and various other extras that Scott has added, its a home away from home for sure, I look forward to booking our next vacation at this house.

Another great vacation

We have stayed in this home several times and we are never disappointed. It is clean and has everything we are looking. The pool is a great place to relax and the kids love it. It is in a great location. This year Scott added new living room furniture and new tile and carpet were being installed the day we left. Scott is always very accommodating and we never hesitate to return for our vacations. Thanks again Scott

A home away from home ...

My family and I stayed in this beautiful villa on Fan Palm Way, Kissimmee in July/August 2012 and from the moment we walked through the door we knew we were 'home'. Tastefully decorated, plenty of towels and linens, along with cutlery, dishes etc., spotless - and boy was the pool refreshing! New upgrades include flooring and living room furniture. The villa is less than 15 minutes away from the outlet malls and resorts. And, there are fantastic restaurants, supermarkets and Wal-Mart, Target etc. just minutes away. The owner had the utmost courtesy and was more than willing to answer any questions we had. Any issues that did arise were efficiently and quickly taken care of by the management team. We hope to have the pleasure of staying here again.

An amazing house located in the perfect area. The pictures on the website are only a fraction of the true beauty, amenities and comfort this house offers. The house was in emaculate condition, and gave us a "homey" feeling from the moment we walked through the doors. The huge master bedroom with the jacuzzi leading to the pool was the perfect setting after a long day at Disney. The close proximity to Disney and local stores was a key attraction that contributed to our stress free vacation. Scott, the owner, was extremely helpful in ensuring a smooth transaction, and kept us at ease throughtout the rental process. We highly recommend you consider this house for any type of stay in Florida, especially for your dream trip to Disney. Our Disney Vacation was a major success in part because of the comfort and beauty of this wonderful house.
