An outstanding, stone built, Grade II listed detached cottage, set in beautiful open countryside in the hamlet of Millthorpe, just 5 miles from Baslow. The property was converted from a stable block and most of the accommodation is set over the first floor. There are three bedrooms: 1 x king-size double, 1 x twin room with pull out stacker bed, 1 x king-size double (zip & link, can be made up as twin by prior arrangement, accessed via double room OR via external staircase). Bathroom with bath with shower over, WC & basin. Fitted kitchen with dining area. Utility room. First floor split level living room with cosy sitting area with woodburner effect electric stove and games area with bar-billiard table. The accommodation offers the use of a hot tub and sauna. The terrific courtyard garden provides fabulous views, whilst an award-winning pub is within walking distance. This is an ideal base to get away from it all and enjoy the breathtaking Peak District. Amenities: Oil fired central heating with additional heat from electric stove in sitting area. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, ice maker, washing machine, colour TV with Freeview, DVD player, CD player/radio etc. Wi-Fi access available. Library of books/ games/ DVDs etc. Fuel and power inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 4 cars. Bike storage.
