First floor bathroom with bath with shower over, WC and basin. Modern well equipped farmhouse kitchen with open fire, dining area and a delightful sitting area. Separate sitting room. Walkers & mountain bikers are well catered for with bridleways, tracks & footpaths through stunning open moors & countryside. Within easy reach are the towns of Kirkbymoorside, Pickering, & picturesque Hutton-le-Hole. This is a perfect location for a superb holiday. About the Area: Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for four cars. Enclosed front garden with patio area, garden furniture and BBQ. Two well behaved pets welcome. Shop 8 miles, pub 10 mins walk.
