A fantastic barn conversion perfectly located on the edge of the little, rural village of Tansley, only two miles from Matlock. This charming property has been tastefully furnished and decorated to blend original character with modern amenities. There are two lovely bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin. Shower room with separate shower, WC and basin. Modern kitchen with dining area. Warm and cosy sitting room with electric wood burner effect fire. Spacious garden. The property is surrounded by open countryside, and is home to a badger. This is an excellent location for relaxing and unwinding with superb walks from the doorstep, whilst Tansley offers a handful of pubs, a village store and a few colourful garden centres. For those who are more energetic you can enjoy a vigorous walk to Riber Castle, whilst the historic county town of Matlock is merely 2 miles away, offering a variety of shops, restaurants and a fabulous Victorian park hosting an abundance of recreational enjoyment. Amenities: Electric panel heaters throughout with additional heating from electric wood burner effect fire in sitting room. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine, colour TV, DVD, radio/CD player etc. Electricity is on a card meter (first 10 inc. in rent). Bed linen and hand towels inc. in rent.
