A stone-built, semi-detached barn conversion, located on the side of Wild Boar Fell, 4 miles from the village of Ravenstonedale. Devotedly renovated, Ash Pot Barn mixes original features with modern services, offering a quality holiday home taking advantage of the stunning views. First floor open plan living area boasts a domed, beamed ceiling, and a fantastic bespoke kitchen, while a beautiful stone staircase adds to the property's beauty. Four bedrooms: First floor: 1 x single with pull out stacker bed. Ground floor: 1 x double with ensuite (basin, shower & WC), 1 x double, 1 x family room with 3 single beds & additional child's bed (suitable for up to 10 yrs of age). First floor shower room with basin, shower & WC. Ground floor bathroom with corner bath, separate shower, basin, bidet & WC. With entrance to miles of open fell, footpaths lead you to magnificent, hidden waterfalls, while above the house is an incredible limestone pavement. This is a perfect base to explore the area. Amenities: Oil central heating, woodburner in sitting area. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, colour TV with Freeview.
