My husband and I had a wonderful and relaxing vacation at Sunset Cove. The bed was super comfy, they had every appliance/accommodation we could ask for and the location was PRIME! We didn’t have a car since we flew, but we were able to walk almost everywhere or use the free island hopper. Such gorgeous views on sunset beach and just an overall great experience! Would recommend and most likely will be back in the future! Home away from home.

We loved our stay at this cute condo in Treasure Island over the Memorial Day weekend. Very clean & nicely furnished. Nice pool on the property. A quiet beach (sunset beach) is right across a two lane road. Slightly off the beaten path but so close to everything you need. We've stayed in the area many times over the last ten years & this is our favorite place yet! We were sad to leave. Can't wait to return in the future! Just loved it! 😍 Annette & Ben

Very clean, well equipped condo in a perfect location! The “back yard” is the bay with a nice dock and a little picnic-type area. Directly across from the “front yard” parking lot and swimming pool is a special passage to one of the most beautiful beaches we’ve ever seen (especially at sunset.

Great Independence week
We found the property to be clean, comfortable and convenient. We enjoyed our stay, and everything we needed was provided. The community was quite and had easy beach access. We will definitely be back.

TOTAL OF 13% will be added to your rental as LODGING STAY TAX. These are the taxes for Pinellas County & Florida State & a fee from VRBO.

While you are there remember to wash hands often for 20 seconds. We have soap & hand sanitizer.
Also remember proper distancing of 5 feet from your group to others.
Some places & situations may require face masks.
There may be restrictions in place just as they are everywhere because of the covid virus.

Parking is never a problem.
PARK in the #22 North parking space for this unit. on the 8567 West Gulf Side.
You must get the Parking Permit from the Condo & leave it in your car.
Cars without stickers will be towed. This is very strict, but it is condo policy & must be followed.
(Be sure to leave the permit in the unit when you leave.) there is a charge to replace it.

This is really an Island Paradise.

It is just steps away. to the white powder sand beach..

Rediscover the two of you. It is perfect for two people. Maximum number of people is two.
This condo located in an area of upscale homes & away from the crowded area of downtown Treasure Island.

If you want to stay on quiet Sunset Beach, look for the condos on the Sunset Beach area map. For some reason VRBO is mixing the 'St. Pete Beach area in with Treasure Island condos.

We do not charge extra for weekends or holidays.
The condo is very reasonably priced considering all our many amenities.
Free assigned parking place.

There is a bus trolley available for travel all along Gulf Blvd & Jimmy's Free Rides & others pick you up & drop you at your destination locally ( tip expected)

Also we are directly on the Bay on the other end of the property from the Gulf.
There is a tall cafe table by the front window of this second floor unit with fabulous views down the Bay.

We allow 7 day stays, one week or more or monthly for January February. March.

The condo has 1 bedroom with a king sized bed with a firm mattress with a pillow top cover & a foam cover

Also a full kitchen with everything you'll need for cooking. We have a crock pot, mixer & lots of pans & cookware, coffee maker, toaster, blender and tea kettle. mini ironing board

Or, just enjoy one of our many restaurants. There are 5 or 6 within easy walking distance. including Caddy's, Taco Bus, Katiki's, & Seadog Brewing.

There is a 50 inch smart cable TV. One comfortable chair, a couch & café table with chairs in the living room.

The bathroom has a tub / shower. combination. There is also an outside shower by the pool.

We have free password protected Wi Fi

Truly a Water Lovers dream. Gulf, Pool & the Bay all right there. We are on a narrow strip of land between the two.

On the bay side there is private picnic area with picnic tables, gas barbecue grills and a dock for fishing, a place to clean your fish or relax & enjoy watching the dolphins, pelicans and manatees. You can also enjoy kayaking & paddle boarding on the Bay. At nighttime watch for the beautiful full moon, or on darker nights check out the endless stars.

The large sparkling solar heated pool has three tropical Tiki huts to provide shade, an outdoor shower & lounge chairs.
A Lush Tropical Garden surrounds the Pool with palm trees flowers & an unusual date palm tree. Lots of chairs for sunbathing or just relaxing.

The bed & bath linens are provided.
There are even beach towels & beach chairs & a beach umbrella. to take to the beach.

Imagine the fun of watching for dolphins or pelicans while you enjoy your morning coffee at our cafe table or down at the dock.
