A wonderful, single storey apartment, part of a sympathetic conversion of a stone built detached residence. Just a short walk from the main promenade in the attractive town of Arnside. Providing breathtaking views of the Kent Estuary and Lakeland Fells, the apartment has been furnished and decorated to a high standard offering quality holiday accommodation. There are two lovely double bedrooms. Shower room with shower cubicle, WC and basin. Fitted kitchen. Spacious sitting room with dining area, electric fire and delightful bay window with window seat. Ground floor entrance hall. A rear decked area, ideal for sitting out and just relaxing. Sample the fine pubs with beer gardens in the town, overlooking the stunning estuary, or, in this designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, enjoy superb walks along the coast or in the surrounding beautiful limestone hills. This is a perfect base from which to explore Arnside and the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales. Amenities: Full gas central heating throughout with electric fire in sitting room. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, colour TV with Freeview, DVD, stereo/CD player, small library of books/DVDs. All fuel & power inc in rent. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lockable bike/equipment storage in garden shed. Rear decked area with patio & garden furniture. Sorry, no pets & no smoking.
