A wonderful ground floor apartment, set in a wing of a former Victorian Rectory in the little hamlet of Radbourne, just 9 miles from the beautiful market town of Ashbourne. Situated within easy reach of the limestone 'White Peak' area, the property stands in wonderful lawned grounds surrounded by lovely fields, next to Radbourne's Parish Church. This spacious and elegant accommodation is comfortable and well equipped throughout. There are two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x single. Bathroom with bath with shower over, WC and basin. Small fitted kitchen. Sitting room with dining area. Elegant entrance hall. A lovely, shared lawned garden with garden furniture, perfect for sitting out and just relaxing. The surrounding area offers endless walking and cycling opportunities and with lots of National Trust properties also on offer there is plenty to do and see for all the family. Amenities: Heating from storage heaters throughout. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine, colour TV, radio, small library of books/games. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Large, shared lawned garden with garden furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 4 miles
