A delightful old Mill House, circa 1800's, built in local Quercy stone, sympathetically and totally refurbished and modernised by the owners creating a charming, comfortable cottage full of warmth and ambience.
Situated in a quiet valley, on its own, it is a haven of peace and tranquillity - an ideal spot for winding down!
The house and verandah overlook a pretty mill pond with the mill stream running alongside. The bastide town of Tournon d'Agenais is only a few minutes drive away where you will find bars, restaurants, general shops, pavement cafes, all mainly surrounding the delightful square. The market town of Fumel is 10 kms away for the larger supermarkets, more shops and good restaurants.

Steps up to the front door which leads to:
• A delightful, fully fitted oak American kitchen with plenty of cupboard space, worktops and well equipped, leading to:
• A cosy and very comfortable lounge/diner with a good sized dining table seating six, lovely leather 3-seater and 2-seater settees, pretty dressers and sideboards full of ample crockery, a very unusual wood burning stove, and French doors lead outside to a wooden terrace which runs the length of the house overlooking the delightful gardens and stream.
• Corridor from the lounge leads to a good-sized fitted cupboard containing all cleaning equipment.
• A double bedroom with twin beds, chest, double wardrobe with hanging space and shelves, vanity unit with mirror over.
• An excellent good-sized bathroom with bath, built-in shower cubicle, wash-hand basin, prettily tiled in blue and white.
From the kitchen area, stairs lead down to:
• Master bedroom with double bed, large cupboard with hanging space and shelves, bedside tables, overlooking the mill pond and with French doors leading to the garden.

• Wooden verandah running the length of the house and overlooking the mill pond with the millstream running alongside which, itself, is full of water plants and water lilies adding fantastic colour to the whole area.
