Villa Oceana represents true luxury and an excellent value in Costa Rica vacation rentals. The villa sits on a hilltop with 360-degrees view of the ocean and the green rolling hills, only a 5 minute drive to the beach.
Villa Oceana vacation rental in Costa Rica is easy to find, just a scenic 2 hour drive from the San Jose airport. It’s located in the exclusive gated community of Del Pacifico, on the Pacific coast between the popular beach town of Jaco and world-famous Manuel Antonio National Park.
The property owners have worked hard to present you with both a luxurious and comfortable setting at Villa Oceana. Some of the exquisite features of the outside of Villa Oceana are its rooftop terraces where you can enjoy 360-degree panoramic views of the rainforest and Pacific Ocean or watch the star filled sky, and its colorful architecture. The north terrace provides a wet bar, sink, bathroom, sofa and armchair, a coffee table and a hammock. The south rooftop terrace also features a hammock.
At the Garden level, the pool & whirlpool, next to a Palapa with a beautiful Moroccan table where you can eat or play games and a hammock at or take a nap in the under the.
Decorated with a mix of colorful Provence and Moorish style, the 11-foot ceiling on the main floor adds a sense of grandeur. You will find the environment soothing and relaxing. Meanwhile, the terracotta and verdigris colors and custom made furnishings contribute to the elegant and comfortable setting.
The floor plan for the main living area in Villa Oceana features a fully equipped kitchen with a center island and Moroccan stools, laundry room, dining room, living room and guest bath.
The dining room features a beautiful custom made Provence style pine wood table with seating for 8, a Provence style buffet, candles and place mats. The adjoining living room amenities include a TV, DVD and CD players, an assortment of books, games and puzzles. Completing the living room is a beautiful antique sofa, 2 armchairs, a bench seat, coffee table, and side table.
The grand master suite upstairs in Villa Oceana includes a comfortable king size bed with side tables, desk and chair. The adjoining bathroom features a jetted tub & shower, two sinks and a toilet, a large walk-in closet, a guest safe for your valuables, a hair dryer, and radio. In addition, the grand master suite at Villa Oceana opens up to a south balcony and a north terrace.
Two additional bedrooms on the second level, each contain two twin beds with side tables and armoires. Each set of twin beds can be made into a king bed if needed. These bedrooms share a bathroom containing a tub and shower, with two sinks and a toilet. The South facing bedroom opens up to a south balcony.
The downstairs guest suite at Villa Oceana includes a queen-size bed with side tables, a bathroom with a jetted tub & shower, two sinks and toilet, a hair dryer, a large walk-in closet and guest safe. It opens up to a ground-level balcony.
An adjacent guesthouse offers a queen bed on a second level reached by spiral stairs. The first level has a kitchenette, a full bathroom and a twin day bed.
Villa Oceana comes with its own private soccer and volleyball field down below. For more fun the field is shared with neighboring Villa Exotica.
