Designer house a few steps from south Jaco beach with AC, pool and beautiful gardens.
Luxuriously appointed with high ceilings, wood, fabrics and other natural materials. The owners' love of art and design shows in this incredibly cute house.
The Master bedroom has a Queen bed, TV and a bay window with seating. The other bedroom has Double and Twin beds. Air conditioning and ceiling fans are present in all rooms. However, the house is naturally cool thanks to the surrounding tropical vegetation and its high ceilings.
The pool is also beautiful and enjoys the refreshing sound of a waterfall. A professional grade gas grill will delight outdoor food enthusiasts. Sit by the pool and read your favorite book in peace.
Walk to the beach or head to the close-by downtown area (5 minute drive).
Pricing quoted here is for only 5 guests. However, the house is in the same property as another 2 bedroom house -Sonidos del Rio-. Both houses can be rented together for a group of up to 10 needing 4 bedrooms, take 10% off the combined price during regular season. If only renting this house the other one would be locked off, that means that the property would be rented to one party at a time. During Peak Season, we only rent both houses together.
Note: There is not a washer/dryer available but the rate includes laundry service at a local shop that has pick-up service.
