Casa Miguel is a great vacation rental home in a great location. The house is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, and still only a few steps away from the center of town and the beach (about 450 and 650 meters respectively, 5 and 7 minute walk).
Its Nicaraguan tiles and tropical gardens lend it a colonial air.
The house is spacious and completely air conditioned. The living room is comfortable and has TV/DVD. Upstairs there's another living room with TV. The pool area has lounge chairs and a picnic table to enjoy the garden, as well as a charcoal grill.
It has wireless internet, a safe large enough for a laptop, security alarm and security bars on windows and doors.
Bedrooms are distributed in the following way:
> Downstairs: 2 bedrooms with Double beds, 1 bedroom with a Double futon (all 3 with TVs and ensuite full bathrooms), and 1 bedroom with a Double fold down bed (thinner mattress) that would share bathroom with one of the other bedrooms.
> Upstairs: 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 Twin beds. 1 full bathroom.

We can also just rent 4 bedrooms (8 people) (not applicable for Christmas/New Year). In this case, we would lock off the upstairs apartment.
NOTE: All rates shown here are for families and mixed groups up to the maximum number of people indicated. For groups of single men the same rate applies for up to 1 person per bedroom. Each additional single man is $25 per night ($45 in Xmas/New Year).
