A beautifully decorated 2,000 sq. ft. beachfront home in south Jacó beach. Fully air-conditioned with large pool and backyard. Located within walking distance (7 minutes) to the center of town (2 minute drive).
This wonderful home with an oceanfront pool was recently remodeled and redecorated. Floors are tiled throughout. It boasts many wood finishes, including high ceilings and skillfully carved doors. Sliding doors in the living room open up to allow the fresh ocean breeze in. It’s a very secure property with a beautiful tropical wood fence and wrought iron windows and doors.
The house is entirely air conditioned. The fully equipped kitchen is complemented by a counter and an outside table.
The living room sits six people in comfortable couches.
The Master bedroom has a King sized bed and its own TV. The Master Bathroom has a whirlpool bathtub and a walk-in shower.

A hammock on the porch and plenty of pool chairs lets you soak the good life.
We have wireless high speed internet connectivity for those wanting to stay in touch with the real world or wanting to call home for free via VOIP.
