This gorgeous oceanview vacation rental house, located in the exclusive beachfront gated community of Hermosa Palms, oversees the beautiful beach of Hermosa from only 50 meters away. Wake up in the morning to the sounds of the waves, inviting you to jump right in with your surfboard.

Enjoy its private lap pool and large terrace with seating, pool lounge chairs and full bathroom. The house is only steps to the beach and the club area with large community pool.

Hermosa Palms Casa Colonial vacation rental home is modern, with all amenities such as full air conditioning, Wireless High Speed internet, dishwasher, washer and dryer. The architectural style is modern with colonial touches such as wrought iron, styled lamps, Nicaraguan tiles and an adobe stucco color.

The first floor has a living area with a three-seat couch and a table for 6. There are two large sliding glass doors that open up to the pool terrace.

All bedrooms are on the second floor. The Master bedroom has a King size bed, closet and ensuite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom (Queen bed) and third bedroom (2 Twins) both have their own closets and share a bathroom with shower. The second floor is completed by a living area with a Full size sleeping sofa and a 50 inch plasma TV with cable.

Hermosa Palms is a family friendly and exclusive community just 2 kilometers off the town of Hermosa, famous for surfing since it has one of the most consistent breaks in Central America, all year round. In Hermosa, you will find restaurants and a basic grocery store. For more variety you can easily go to Jaco, just a 15 minute ride from the house.

Down the road from Hermosa Palms you will find a biological reserve that protects the habitat of sea turtles that come to lay their eggs on the beach. The eggs then hatch and the small turtles return to the sea. This is a spectacle worth seeing once in a lifetime, specially for children.
