A charming holiday cottage in Upper Sapey, a detached barn conversion located in a courtyard close to the owners' 18th century farmhouse, on a 28 acre smallholding overlooking Sapey Brook, the adjoining golf course and the beautiful Worcestershire countryside beyond. This cottage is light and airy yet keeps a warm atmosphere, and is decorated and furnished to a good standard. All on the ground floor with two bedrooms: 1 x double with en-suite (bath with shower over, basin & WC), 1 x twin. Shower room with shower cubicle, basin & WC. Open plan living area with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area with coal-effect electric fire and doors to patio garden. The south facing patio garden is ideal for dining al fresco after strolling beside the Sapey Brook and wildlife pond, playing bowls or just relaxing in the owners' Mediterranean garden. About the area: This rural village, which stands on the border of Worcestershire and Herefordshire, is surrounded by some of the most beautiful countryside the region has to offer. There are scenic walks, cycle trails, riding, bird watching and two adjacent golf courses. Further afield, Tenbury Wells, Worcester and Ludlow, with its stunning architecture, medieval castle and Michelin starred restaurants, are all within easy reach. This welcoming holiday cottage is ideal for a relaxing, romantic break at any time of the year. Amenities: Full oil central heating, coal-effect electric fire. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge (freezer space on request), laundry service available, dishwasher, colour TV, DVD, radio/CD, small library of DVDs, books, games. Fuel & power inc. in rent.
