One mile from Roche and four miles from St Austell nestles a delightful holiday home, The Linney. The Linney has been created in a Grade II listed 19th Century China clay drying kiln and offers well equipped characterful accommodation with exposed timbers, part wood floors and other understated reminders of the buildings "china clay" heritage. The Linney is one of five holiday homes in this superbly renovated building, and provides guests with a spacious sitting room with doors to the patio and courtyard, swings for the children, and its own stream that runs past the back of the building. This fascinating part of Cornwall offers gorgeous beaches, charming fishing villages and the wonderful Eden Project close by.
The small village of Roche is the perfect rural base for touring Cornwall, with the wild open space of Bodmin Moor only six miles away.
