This property is one of two excellently converted apartments, situated off a bridleway and on a working farm, in the rural outskirts of Caterham. This charming property beautifully combines character features with modern amenities to offer spacious and welcoming accommodation within easy reach of London and the South Coast. There is one bedroom: 1 x twin. Ground floor bathroom with bath with shower over, WC and basin. First floor fitted kitchen. Shared utility room. First floor sitting room with dining area and sofabed. The surrounding countryside has a wealth of footpaths and bridleways perfect for those wanting to enjoy the North Downs and some fantastic Surrey countryside. This lovely apartment provides the ideal base for exploring all that this fabulous area has to offer! About the area: Reigate 8 miles; Westerham 9 miles; Dorking 16 miles. The charming village of Caterham is located on the North Downs Way in glorious Surrey countryside. It offers a good number of shops, restaurants, pubs and cafes whilst providing a wide range of leisure facilities, including a local theatre and a good leisure centre. The surrounding countryside offers a wealth of footpaths and bridleways, or visitors can take time to visit some of the many surrounding villages and towns available throughout this beautiful area. Reigate and Dorking are nearby and both offer a wealth of amenities, whilst just 30 minutes drive away are the Bluewater Shopping Centre and Chessington World of Adventures. Within easy reach are Gatwick and Heathrow airports and both London and Brighton within easy driving distance. This superb location has plenty to offer any time of the year! Amenities: Electric wall heaters throughout. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer (in shared external utility room), colour TV.
