This charming, traditional holiday retreat is situated in a rural hamlet three miles from Coldingham on the Scottish Borders, and is surrounded by spectacular countryside with the Lammamuir hills in the distance. This idyllic location is the perfect place from which to explore the Scottish Borders and Northumberland, with Berwick, Holy Island and some pretty coastal villages within easy reach. Lovingly restored to an excellent standard by the owner, Lammamuir offers tastefully decorated, comfortable accommodation and makes a wonderful base for a reviving break in the countryside.
The village of Coldingham nestles in the farmland above Coldingham Bay, a protected semi-circle of golden sandy beach on the attractive Berwickshire coastline
