A detached bungalow on a peaceful residential lane, just 5 minutes walk from the heart of the pretty village of Llwyngwril, within the Snowdonia National Park. This light and airy property offers spacious accommodation. There are four bedrooms: 1 x double with en-suite (sunken spa bath with hand shower, WC and basin), 1 x twin, 1 x ground floor double with adjoining baby room with cot, crib and bath, 1 x ground floor adult bunks. Ground floor bathroom with corner bath with shower over, WC and basin. Fitted kitchen with breakfast bar for 3. Utility room. Conservatory with dining area. Sitting room with TV. Attractive conservatory and a play room with TV, multi-games table and selection of toys. The property is well furnished and decorated and is perfect for families and friends. All of the amenities of the village are a 5 minute walk away, aswell as the beach, which is mostly shingle but offers up a stretch of sand and rock pools at low tide. A perfect holiday base About the area: Dolgellau 11 miles; Aberdovey 12 miles. The attractive village of Llwyngwril sits peacefully on the edge of the river Gwril, nestled between the magnificent Snowdonia Mountains and the excellent golden beaches of the Cardigan Bay coastline. It offers a 16th Century church, well reputed Gallery Caf, pleasant pub and picturesque riverside setting, it also has superb walks and a variety of wild flowers and a multitude of birds that flock to the sheltered beaches and rock pools. Enjoy a trip on the narrow gauge railway from the stunning sandy beach at Fairbourne, to the sand dunes at Barmouth. Explore the renowned towns of Aberdovey and Dolgellau, and within a short drive visit the magical sights of medieval Harlech Castle and the Snowdonia National Park. With plenty to do and see, this is a great holiday location for the whole family. Amenities: Full oil central heating.
