An attractive, modern property in a residential estate in the superb seaside village of Cemaes Bay on the stunning Isle of Anglesey, just 5 minutes walk from the hub of the village and 10 minutes from the beautiful Blue Flag sandy beach and harbour. It has been furnished and decorated in a fresh and attractive style, and provides well equipped, quality accommodation. There are three bedrooms: 1 x family room with double and single (with sea view), 1 x double (with sea view), 1 x ground floor double. Shower room with shower, WC and basin. Additional ground floor bathroom with bath with shower over, WC and basin. Modern fitted kitchen. Utility room. Dining room with French doors to lawned garden. Living room with electric fire & double sofa bed. The enclosed back garden is ideal for dining, relaxing and ofcourse family fun. This truly is a great base from which to explore this magnificent island. About the area: Amlwch 5 miles; Holyhead 17 miles. Located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the magnificent North Anglesey Heritage Coast, the beautiful seaside village of Cemaes Bay has three pubs, a couple of shops, a harbour and a stunning Blue Flag sandy beach, perfect for safe bathing and lots of family fun. The Isle of Anglesey is famous for its miles of gorgeous and varied coastline providing superb walking, cycling, birdwatching, brilliant watersports, fishing and plenty many high quality golf courses. A variety of National Trust properties and the well known Sea Zoo and are all within reach on this terrific island. This really is a great location providing something for the whole family.
