A pretty detached bungalow, located on the outskirts of the renowned seaside resort of Trearddur Bay, nearby is the Holyhead links golf course & within a mile are the rocky coves & the fantastic Blue Flag sandy beach. Providing spacious, light & airy accommodation, this lovely bungalow has been furnished and decorated in a traditional style. There are three bedrooms: 1 x double with ensuite (power shower, WC and basin), 1 x adult bunks, 1 x family room with 1 x double and 1 x single. Bathroom with bath, WC and basin. Fitted kitchen with dining area. Dining room with access to sitting room. Second sitting room with multi-fuel stove. A delightful garden. The area is famous for its water sports, these include sailing, canoeing, windsurfing and fishing, walking & bird watching are also available. Trearddur Bay itself offers shops, restaurants and pubs, whilst the magnificent scenery, National Trust properties and medieval castles in Snowdonia are a definate must. About the area: Trearddur Bay is located on the western shore of Holy Island. It's truly stunning - a great sweep of low grassy coastline with rocky coves and fine sandy beaches (European Blue Flag). In summer the main activities are watersports, bathing, sailing and windsurfing. Golfers will enjoy the brilliant Holyhead 18 hole links golf course. It is also a superb place for nature lovers with renowned birdwatching at the South Stack Lighthouse RSPB Reserve and plenty of rock pools and cliff top walks to explore. Trearddur Bay itself has shops, pubs and restaurants and nearby Holyhead offers a broader range of amenities, including a leisure centre, a harbour front, marina, the worlds second longest breakwater and exciting day trips to Dublin on the ferry. This truly is a great location with plenty to see and do! Amenities: Gas central heating with additional heating from multi-fuel stove in sitting room. Rangemaster cooker with double electric oven & 5 ring gas hob, microwave, fridge, chest freezer in garage, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, colour TV, DVD, combi TV/DVD.
