An attractive semi-detached property, located in the grounds of the owner's dairy farm in the quiet hamlet of Hendrerwydd, just 5 miles from Ruthin. In an idyllic setting, this charming property has a cottage atmosphere but with all the benefits of contemporary living. There are two bedrooms: 1 x twin, 1 x ground floor kingsize double. Bathroom with bath, WC and basin. Ground floor shower room with shower, WC and basin. Spacious open-plan fitted kitchen with dining area, sitting area & woodburning stove. Utility room. Delightful first floor sitting room with log effect electric fire and stunning views across the beautiful Clwydian Hill Range. The area is superb for walking, cycling and horse riding with the Offa's Dyke Pathway, Loggerheads Country Park and Moel Famau all close by, whilst the market towns of Ruthin and Denbigh are also within easy reach. About the area: The rural hamlet of Hendrerwydd is situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the stunning Vale of Clwyd with wonderful views of the nearby Clwydian Hill Range. It is also home to the famous 17th Century White Horse Inn, an award-winning pub and restaurant that should not be missed. The small market town of Ruthin with its pretty half-timbered buildings and market square is only 5 miles away, and offers a great range of shops and cafes. The amazing surrounding countryside has an array of pretty scenic walks and cycle trails, with both the Clwydian Hill Range and the Offa's Dyke Pathway near by. With Loggerheads Country Park, Llangollen's Horse Shoe Pass, the Clocaenog Forest and the Snowdonia Mountain Range all within easy reach, this location is perfect for an exciting holiday.
