A fantastic detached barn conversion, located in an isolated position on the outskirts of the pretty village of Roch, only 7 miles from Haverfordwest. Providing breathtaking views over St. Brides Bay, this tastefully renovated accommodation boasts style and charm, combining modern amenities with character features. There are two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath with shower over, WC and basin. Well-equipped fitted kitchen with dining area. Sitting room with charming woodburner. Outside there is a delightful garden with access to the shared Jacuzzi and swimming pool, this is a great place to relax and enjoy some alfresco dining. Guests will love the wildlife living on and around the beautiful lake which is slightly further afield, yet still in the owners' grounds (approx. 30 mins walk away from the property), whilst only a 2 minute drive leads to Newgale beach which has 6 miles of uninterrupted sand. The village of Roch offers a good shop and pub. About the area: Roch 1.5 miles; Haverfordwest 7 miles; St. Davids 10 miles. Roch is located in the beautiful Pembrokeshire National Park, and is home to a local shop and a quaint pub that serves good pub food. The countryside boasts a variety of picturesque walks, cycle paths and brilliant beaches, providing a fun day at the seaside. The nearby town of Haverfordwest offers a choice of shops, pubs and restaurants and has a variety of attractions. Alternatively, take a trip to St. Davids, the smallest city in Britain famous for its ancient Cathedral and Monastery, watersports and excellent boat excursions. Whatever you decide this ideal location has plenty to offer all year! Amenities: Oil central heating with additional heating from woodburner in sitting room.
