Set on a 90 acre working hill farm with spectacular views just 4 miles from Betws-y-Coed is this traditional stone built detached farmhouse. Full of character, with exposed beams. There are two bedrooms: 1 x family (with double and single beds), 1 x twin. Bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Additional shower, basin and WC in utility outbuilding. Fitted kitchen with dining area. Sitting room with multi-fuel stove. A separate games room and enclosed garden, makes the property perfect for families. Enjoy delightful Betws-y-Coed with riverside walks, excellent pubs, shops and restaurants, and a golf course. Also a perfect base for exploring Conwy and Caernarfon castles, the Welsh Mountain Zoo, Bodnant Gardens and Llandudno. About the area: Betws-y-Coed 4 miles; Llanrwst 5 miles; Blaenau Ffestiniog 11 miles. Betws-y-Coed is North Wales' most famous inland resort. Surrounded by woodland and stunning mountain country, this is a true haven for walkers. At Betws-y-Coed the River Conwy meets its tributaries flowing from the west, and the stunning area is enhanced by cascading waterfalls, river pools and very old bridges. Most famous of all are the beautiful Swallow Falls, located where the Llugwy River hurls itself into a spectacular chasm. The village offers shops, pubs and places to eat and is home to The Snowdonia National Park Visitor Centre. Amenities: Full oil central heating with additional heating from multi-fuel stove.
