A detached bungalow near to the owners' farm house, created from an old farm building. Located in the picturesque and quiet Nant-y-Glyn Valley only a short drive from the coast and all of the amenities of Colwyn Bay. The property has a sunny aspect and stunning rural views across woodland and open farmland. It has been comfortably furnished and well equipped to provide the ideal holiday accommodation. The accommodation is all on the ground floor. Two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin (2ft 6in beds). Three piece bathroom with shower over bath. Well equipped kitchen. Pleasant sitting/dining room with patio door and superb views. Hall. Good walking country with walks on your doorstep! About the area: This is good walking country with many walks on your doorstep! The Welsh Mountain Zoo, Eirias Park, a leisure centre, a theatre, numerous shops, restaurants and pubs are within easy reach. Colwyn Bay is an ideal touring base and is close to the many and varied attractions of North Wales. Amenities: Electric heating from panel heaters and supplementary heaters. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, automatic washer, colour TV, video etc. Electricity on 1 coin meter. Duvets and pillows provided, linen hire available. Highchair available. Ample private parking. Use of large garden. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, pub 15 mins walk, pub with restaurant 3 miles, beach 1.5 miles
