Casa Serena is a 1 BR/1 BA (732 sq. ft.) oceanfront condo on the 7th floor of Sea River Tower in the Holiday Inn 5-star resort. It can be rented as a single condo, or combined with Casa Pacifica, next door, for larger groups of up to 8 guests, serving as a two bedroom, two bath condo, once the pocket doors are opened and slid into the walls to expand the huge living area. A private view balcony offers views across the pool to the beach, the bay, and the city/mountains beyond. Watch fireworks at night, or catch a glimpse of a passing group of dolphins (even whales, in season!) The bedroom features one king bed.
The living/dining area provides table seating for four, a sofa/trundle that can be converted to two twin beds (perfect for families, offering parental privacy), and a comfy chair and ottoman. The bath provides a huge marble shower and separate private vanity area. The fully equipped kitchenette provides a sink, 2 burner stove, full sized refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, blender, all necessary dishes and cooking utensils, and even dish soap and towels. We don't want you to have to worry about anything except how to enjoy your vacation. You will find an ironing board and iron, hair dryer, and even English language books to enjoy if you don't feel like watching TV or DVD's or immersing yourself in Puerto Vallarta fun.
