Approximately 735 sq. ft. of beautifully appointed living with your own private view balcony, this condo offers one bedroom with a king sized bed, generous bathroom with oversized marble shower, separate vanity area, and large closet, plus a living room with a sofa sleeper and a fully equipped kitchenette. Enjoy morning coffee or sunset cocktails on your private balcony, watch the whales (in season) or spot dolphins frolicking in the bay.

The resort offers onsite shops, travel agencies, car rentals, spa/beauty salon (how about a massage on the beach?), optional all-inclusive plan for about $40 per day per adult, and even room service! The workout area includes a Universal gym, treadmill, dipping pool, 4 jacuzzis, and an adults-only sunning area to relax in. The Kids' Club offers babysitting (fee for service), planned activities for children, snack bar, game room, playground, children's pool with slide, and more. Water sport rentals are available right in front of the resort, and even parasailing. Two blocks away you will find a large shopping area with a giant grocery store. Taxis leave from the front door of the resort, and the busts cost 55 cents per person from the bus stop on the street in front of the resort. Restaurants ranging from casual family dining to fast food to fine dining are all within walking distance of the resort. It is about 10 minutes from the Malecon, with all its noisy excitement, but quiet and peaceful enough toenjoy listening to the waves at night and sleeping with your patio doors open onto the balcony.
