Enjoy the cozy comfort of Sawmill Station in this gorgeous three story town home. Never rented until 2009, this town home is in excellent condition with great furnishings, good views, and plenty of room for families wanting to enjoy the Rockies. The town's sledding hill (and the town's outdoor concert venue in the summer) is right down the road, as are restaurants, and all that Winter Park has to offer. Jump on the free shuttle right at the end of the road to the ski resort!
Sleeping Arrangements: King bed in master, Queen bed in 2nd bedroom (both on top floor), bunk beds in the third bedroom with a double on the bottom(on 1st floor). Each bedroom has its own full bathroom, plus a powder room off the living area.
Distance to Resort: 3 miles
