Spacious and comfortable, this upscale residence has a very pretty swimming pool with a waterfall that cascades from the hot tub spa.

During winter season humpback whales may be visible from Indigo as they frolic in the off-shore waters - a marine sanctuary created to protect the thousands of beloved seasonal "visitors".

At night you can see the lights of Lahaina in the distance. The multi-hued blazing sunsets are romantic and breath-taking. We most like the quiet and privacy this double gated hillside home can provide. Fragrant plumeria trees scent the air. Gentle breezes rustle through palm fronds. Tiki torches dance in the night sky. Stars twinkle overhead. Waves break along the shoreline in the distance. What a wonderful environment in which to relax and renew. You may never want to leave this house!

Indigo is set within a rural residential area with numerous hiking trails readily accessible in the immediate neighborhood. At the end of the hiking and jogging trails are hidden tropical forests and water reservoirs. A horseback riding stable is also nearby. Further out along the coastline in Kapalua Resort, there are several fabulous multi-mile long hiking trails that pass through lush and verdant jungle-like forested areas.

Just a few minutes downhill (by car) is a convenient beach park where visitors of all ages can enjoy surfing, swimming, and boogie boarding when ocean conditions cooperate. Other sandy beaches and snorkeling reefs are just a few minutes away. Outstanding restaurant dining, grocery stores, convenience stores, nightclubs, art galleries, and gift shops are nearby in Lahaina and at Whalers Village in Ka`anapali. At nearby Lahaina Harbor you can catch a ferry to Lana`i Island for more snorkeling, scuba diving, 4 x 4 explorations, hiking, and fishing. Also departing from nearby Lahaina Harbor is a plethora of other fishing boats, snorkel boats, and whale watching vessels.

The great room at Indigo opens up towards the pool and beyond to the ocean to create a perfect tropical living space. Enjoy dining indoors or outdoors. Push back the floor to ceiling pocket doors and allow the outdoors to blend seamlessly with your indoor living space. A covered patio provides ample room for cooking up dinner on the built-in grill or as a sweet spot to sip sunset libations. The large kitchen is well equipped with a generous array of appliances and cooking utensils. A full size laundry and a den media room flow out of the great room. There are a total of five flat panel televisions. One in the media room, one in each bedroom, and one in the work out room. Four of the televisions will be equipped with DVD players. Each bedroom also has an iHome iPod alarm clock.
