This spectacular all-new two-level private vacation residence has three bedrooms (King, Queen, Queen), three and a half baths, an elevator, a stunning great room with mesmerizing vistas, a fully equipped kitchen, elevator, garage, laundry room, dining room, security system, and state-of-art electronics.
There is more than 3,500 square feet of indoor/outdoor living space including two fabulous fresh-air outdoor verandas. The top floor veranda is a cantilevered covered deck that plays host to an outdoor dining room and lounge, as well as a top-quality 30 " Wolf-brand built-in stainless steel BBQ grill. The lower veranda spills out into a lush green garden with chaise lounges and cocktail seating. Gaze out from Hoku and enjoy a view of Wailea Resort that is punctuated only by swaying palms. Some of our favorite features of Hoku include the chenille covered down-stuffed sofas, the hand-cut New Zealand wool living room rug, the abundance of iPod docks, the generous array of over-sized flat panel televisions, and the extraordinary original art and decor. To top it all off, there are cool limestone floors, colorful marble and granite countertops, stainless appliances, soft all-cotton high thread-count bed linens, down duvets, and down pillows. Throughout, radiant natural sunlight flows inside through the floor to ceiling glass sliders. For cooling comfort, switch on the central air conditioning. Multiple zones allow all guests to adjust the temperature of their space to their personal satisfaction.

A private chef is available for hire to grocery shop, or to prepare and serve up to 3 meals per day. You may wish to consider the luxury of having a chef-catered gourmet dinner served al-fresco on the outdoor veranda for your arrival evening. Our bet is that the Chef will be back again and again during the course of your visit. Having outside help to prepare a multi-course delicious meal in the privacy of your own home is the ultimate indulgence for your well-deserved vacation.

There are three spacious master suites which are all fairly equal in quality, making this home an easy choice for three couples. The master bedroom suite has a mini-bar with Sub Zero under-counter refrigerator, large walk-in closet with safe, dual vanities with Studio Snaidero cabinets, a deep-soaking tub that fills from a cascade of water from the ceiling, and a glass shower big enough for two. The master bedroom suite and the second master bedroom suite both open to the outdoor veranda where there is another outdoor living area. Both rooms have pillow top beds and fine furnishings. The third bedroom is located upstairs in a quiet location away from the great room. All bedrooms have high thread-count linens, a down duvet, cotton blankets, en-suite bathroom, plush carpeting, dimmed lighting and independent climate control. Each bedroom is a sumptuous haven for deep slumber. Connect your iPod to the Bose sound system and drift off to dream about your next day in paradise.
The pool complex at Ho`olei is the ideal alternative to the pool complex at the nearby Grand Wailea Hotel. At Ho`olei, guests are offered exclusive use of a much more private and discrete lagoon-shaped heated swimming pool that is rimmed by verdant foliage, blooming tropical flowers, and graceful free-form lava rock shapes. At Ho`olei, young and old alike may swim under a waterfall, hide out in a grotto, or ease into the pool using the sloping beach entry. Children will enjoy the shallow area and the simulated sandy beach cove. Everyone can soak in the star-lit outdoor hot tubs. Towels are stocked pool-side and tiki torches light up this paradise in the evening.
