Relax in this brand-new, 3rd floor, luxury 3BR, 2BA condo includes views of a picturesque lake. This single-level floor plan provides 1900 square feet of exquisitely detailed and furnished living space.
Built in 2007, this brand new condominium has a wonderful screened in lanai and spectacular views of a lake. A great environment for birds. Full of upgrades and perfectly suited for large groups.
This is Tidelands Condo Unit 1635 in the Ocean Hammock Resorts in Palm Coast, Florida (which is on the East Coast of Florida - south of St. Augustine & north of Daytona Beach Florida).
The kitchen, with granite countertops, is a well-equipped gourmet kitchen full of amenities. The kitchen is open to the living and dining rooms that have spectacular views.
The three bedrooms and two baths are a split plan for more privacy. The master suite off the living room has a king sized bed (sleeps 2) with TV & DVD player from which you can watch the TV or enjoy panoramic views. The master bath has a large shower with glass doors. Back down the hallway are two beautifully decorated and comfortable guest bedrooms, each with generous closet space. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed with TV & DVD player (sleeps 2). The other bedroom has two sets of bunk beds (sleeps 4) and a TV & DVD player. The unit also has a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.
The lanai overlooking a picturesque lake and is probably the true highlight for any guest. With comfortable chairs and a dining area that can easily accommodate guests, this may be the only place you dine during your vacation.
Our condo is located just a short walk to the Tidelands beach clubhouses which includes a heated pool, outdoor jacuzzi, an adult game room, and a fitness center. The Tideland Clubhouse, designed with adults in mind, offers a secluded environment and includes a spectacular swimming pool, chairs and umbrellas. The livelier Family Pool area includes a pool designed for kids a "water play, splash zone", and views of the Intracoastal Waterway
Our luxury condo is nestled along a mile of Intracoastal Waterway shoreline! 80 lush acres provide magnificent views of calm waters ideal for kayaking, canoeing, or cruising. Access it all from walking and biking trails that wind their way around the lakes, along the Waterway, and through the community. Try out the nearby hot spot - European Village with outdoor eateries and gourmet restaurants.
